In the event of a claim, we provide our clients with all the assistance and advice they may require to ensure they receive the best possible settlement of their claim in the most timely manner.
We do not accept the heavy workloads of insurance companies as an excuse for slow settlement, as we believe claims to be the most important aspect of the service we deliver.
It is imperative that you report all incidents as soon as possible to fulfil your obligations under the policy, as some insurers may repudiate to deal with claims if they are not reported in the correct manner.
