Our Office is now Open.

Our Office is now Open.

Our Office is now open again to the public.

We really hope that all our clients and families are safe and well in these most testing and challenging of times.

Like the rest of the High Street, we have now taken the opportunity of opening the doors and look forward to welcoming you back.

Your safety and that of our team is our number one priority and we have worked hard to ensure that the measures you see on your arrival provide protection, but enable us to continue to offer the high level of service you expect. You will see a perspex screen on our counter and hand sanitisers. Social distancing means that we need to limit the number of people in our office at any one time and we have adpoted the approach that no more than 2 people can be in at any one time. As these are still early days, you may still prefer to deal with us over the telephone, which is absolutely fine.

Wearing a mask in our Office.

The Government recently advised that masks should be worn by the public when visiting shops and the like. If you would like to speak with us face to face, we would ask that if you are able to do so, a mask is worn.

Cashless payments.

To minimise contact, we are trying to avoid the handling of cash, so if you can pay by debit, credit or monthly instalments, that would be preferred. If, as a result of Coronavirus (Covid-19), you are experiencing temporary financial difficulties and/or may have difficulty with future premium payments, please contact us. We will discuss with you to establish if there are any measures which can be taken which may assist you at this time.

The government has defined Financial Services as an essential service, and we are committed to continue to support our clients with their compulsory motor insurance, home and buildings, and business insurances.

We thank you for your continued support during these difficult times.
